What does "promo" mean?

—

Promo means there is a marking of some sort on the item. So there may be a sticker/stamp/print that reads "promotional use only," or a mark going across the bar code, sometimes a small cut on the cardboard sleeve, etc. Its just a way to show these were used for promotional use. Such as giving to specific DJ's or radio stations.

What is a white label?

—
These are usually advance records sent out to big name DJ’s, radio stations, etc. to help create a buzz for a record before its official release. May have no markings on it at all. No artist name, song title, etc. Sometimes the song version is different than the final version (If so it will say it with in the items description.

Quick Note: Most vinyls come brand new some are sealed some are not. Will say SEALED if it is. Same as if its USED, it will say it.
